1. Introduction

Welcome to Dev Forms! By accessing our website, services, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by Dev Forms (collectively, the "Services"), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").

a. In order to access certain features of the Services, you must create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription and Billing

a. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (billing cycle). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

b. At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Dev Forms cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Dev Forms customer support team.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a. All purchases are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, and domain names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dev Forms, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
